One of the obvious questions people ask when discussing life insurance (or any other kind of insurance for that matter) is "What is the cost?" The answer I have to give is "it depends". Usually this can be a frustrating response to a seemingly easy question.
There are a lot of factors to determine how much your premium can be. Here are a few:
- How much coverage you need
- Your age
- Your health (recent illnesses, medications you take, etc)
- Tobacco/cannabis usage
- The type of coverage you need (term or permanent)
- Your budget
